How long does it take to print the shirts?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
What are the shipping times?
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, we do! Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Mostly yes! We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. For now, we don’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!
If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?
Yes! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as a priority.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept PayPal, PayPal credit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX via Stripe.
Orders and Returns
What happens if my package is lost?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with the local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
How Can I Return a Product?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by following the instructions in this video:
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer – It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges are on a case-by-case basis.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
